I have been very impressed with my SCA\V rep and installation/service manager. They have both represented South Central A\V in an extremely professional manner. My rep has been invaluable with regards to listening and understanding the needs and goals of Pennant Foods. He did a great job of following up and keeping me in the loop. In addition, your installation manager is very knowledgeable and has been outstanding in communicating and following up with me.

South Central A\V was able to provide an in-ground speaker system that is virtually invisible to the eye, while providing complete sound coverage throughout the 100-acres. In addition, the system is broken up into zones, which allows for flexibility in both music selection and volume control.

Our SCA\V rep was involved in every step of the process, from planning, pricing, installation and fine-tuning. He did a fine job. Their service/installation staff did an excellent job of working with the other trades during installation.

When Jay McCutcheon visited UT Martin, he quickly demonstrated that he was a highly skilled technician. His presentation to my students regarding the upgrade possibilities, both verbally and visually (with PowerPoint), was top-notch and well prepared.

Within a week or so, Christian and his team showed up and as promised prior to open. Eight quality speakers were suspended from the ceiling at exactly the correct height. And the sound was great – even during the busiest and loudest hours!

The installation was done correctly and in a matter of hours. Our rep followed up with us in the next couple days and made slight adjustments to fine tune everything.
