Background  

Wildcat Wearhouse and Campus Wearhouse are comprised of 13 retail locations throughout the state of Kentucky. We sell University of Kentucky, University of Louisville and Western Kentucky University officially licensed apparel and merchandise.  


Challenge

We recently opened our new “flagship” store in the Fayette Mall in Lexington and realized during the fit up process that we were in need of professional help in order to have the audio and video systems we wanted to really make the store come together. We were on an extremely tight timeline with this project which presented an even bigger challenge.

Solution

After a phone call to our South Central A\V rep describing our issue she met us at the new location to look everything over and discuss exactly what we were looking for. After this meeting and with a two week deadline she took over from there and got all the equipment ordered immediately and worked with the install team and our contractors to organize the install. She was extremely helpful and accommodating to our every need. The install team worked some very long days and often well into the night to make sure that the system was up and running and the way we wanted it in time for our grand opening.

Results

Both the Audio and Video systems are beyond our expectation. The systems are easy to operate. They sound and look great and the installation looks extremely professional.

The professionalism displayed from the technician to the sales rep to the design specialist, was comforting on such a large job. The overall outcome was beyond expectation. Background
O’Shea’s family of pubs has been a Louisville Tradition since 1958. After purchasing the building for a 4th location in 2006 we began the process of designing and bringing our newest vision to life.

Challenge
As an ownership group we feel that sound is of the utmost importance in creating a vibe and retaining customers. The other side of this coin was being able to have control, not just noise. Organized Noise = Music.

Solution
South Central A\V stepped through the entire design process from 3D image / sound mapping right through final training on control systems. The professionalism displayed from the technician to the sales rep to the design specialist, was comforting on such a large job.

Results
The overall outcome was beyond expectation. As with any new system there was a learning curve for the ultimate end user (Bartender) but with much patience the support staff (Technical, Sales Rep) quickly brought us up to speed. The sound quality and control of sound has made everyone; customer and employee, exceptionally happy.

Conclusion
The patience and professionalism of the entire South Central A\V staff is to be commended. Through all of our questions and design changes everyone kept their cool and made the whole experience enjoyable.
