Inside Sales Manager - Nashville Office

South Central A\V has a ground floor opportunity to create an Inside Sales / Customer Service department, based out of our Nashville headquarters. This new position will include formulating policies and procedures for Inside Sales. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced manager to develop, train and mentor a team of Inside Sales Representatives. This team’s primary responsibility will be to improve customer service to our existing customer base of over 15,000 and to increase revenue by driving incremental sales.

Responsibilities

- Create, develop and execute policies and procedures for Inside Sales Team
- Oversee new and ongoing sales programs, writing and testing scripts and creating call plans to increase productivity and optimize results
- Implement these policies and procedures to meet marketing and sales objectives / goals
- Ensure that all Inside Sales Team members achieve all assigned revenue goals
- Maintain accurate, detailed and relevant CRM contact data
- Serve as a liaison between Sales Management, Outside Sales and Inside Sales
- Communicate annual sales policy and plan to Inside Sales Team
- Constantly measure results to provide feedback to management and recommend changes and modification to policy as needed
- Mentor Inside Sales Team and resolve issues by guidance, investigation and analysis
- Aggressively drive inside sales across our markets, focusing on our mission as a single solution provider
- Report to Director of Sales and deliver all required reports in a timely manner

Skills / Qualifications

- Must have 3-5 years of Inside Sales / Customer Service management experience
- Experience in creating and growing an Inside Sales Team / Customer Service Department
- Strong and proven track record of successfully mentoring and coaching a sales team to achieve maximum potential
- Understanding of telemarketing sales, prospecting and cold-calling to customer base
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals and quotas
- Strong computer skills, as well as, CRM experience
- Self motivated to complete tasks promptly
- Problem solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
